Binance Founder CZ Praises Hyperliquid but Says He Wouldn’t Operate It the Same Way

Binance founder Changpeng Zhao has praised decentralized trading platform Hyperliquid on the Galaxy Brains podcast, describing its approach as highly innovative.

Building on that view, he noted that Binance cannot directly compete with Hyperliquid’s niche model, which operates without mandatory KYC and is positioned as a decentralized system.

However, CZ added that based on his experience, he would not choose to operate such a platform in the same way, making a light remark about legal considerations.
