Binance Founder CZ Says Yzi Labs Still Directs 70%–80% of Capital to Blockchain Sector

At Consensus Miami 2026, Changpeng Zhao said blockchain continues to dominate his and Yzi Labs’ investment focus, accounting for approximately 70%–80% of total capital allocation, in line with their expertise.

Building on this, he highlighted the growing role of AI agents in the financial ecosystem, noting that they are likely to drive strong demand for payment systems and that blockchain is particularly well-suited as a native payment infrastructure for such technologies.

In addition, CZ suggested that crypto exchanges will need to adapt to this shift by enabling users to interact via natural language, allowing AI agents to review portfolios and execute trades without manual chart analysis or traditional order entry.
