BitMEX Co-Founder Arthur Hayes Calls on Trump to Veto CLARITY Act in Latest Interview

Arthur Hayes, co-founder of BitMEX, said in an interview with The Wolf of All Streets that he would like U.S. President Donald Trump to veto the CLARITY Act. He argued that if Bitcoin and other crypto assets need regulatory backing to stay viable, their core value proposition would ultimately be undermined.

He then shifted to the growing interest from banks in crypto-related services, linking it to rising client demand for non-correlated assets and the potential for new fee-generating products.

However, Hayes added that deeper integration with traditional financial institutions could weaken the foundations the crypto industry has built over the past 15 years.
