Bybit has announced that users in the European Economic Area (EEA) will gradually lose access to certain services on its global platform as part of its ongoing regulatory alignment. Customers will be notified in advance before any restrictions take effect, ensuring they remain informed throughout the transition.
Despite these changes, the company confirmed that users will still retain full access to their custodial assets.
Meanwhile, Bybit EU—its entity operating under MiCAR authorization—continues to strengthen its regulatory presence and is also pursuing an additional license in Austria.
