Circle Internet Group Secures $222M in Arc Token Presale at $3B Valuation

Circle Internet Group has agreed to privately place 740 million ARC tokens in a deal valued at $222 million, led by a16z Crypto. The transaction implies a fully diluted valuation of $3 billion for the Arc blockchain network.

In a separate update released on Monday, the New York Stock Exchange–listed company behind the USDC stablecoin also published its Q1 2026 earnings. The results showed growth in both revenue and reserve income, while net income fell compared to the previous quarter.
