Coinbase Reports 90% Drop in Account Restriction Resolution Time With AI

Brian Armstrong said Coinbase has integrated artificial intelligence to significantly reshape its compliance operations, rebuilding nearly all related workflows around these systems.

Consequently, the company reports that it now takes about 90% less time to restore access to restricted accounts.

He also pointed out that although AI now performs many routine and repetitive tasks, human staff are still in charge of reviewing results, ensuring security standards are met, and concentrating on higher-level decision-making.
