
Crypto-linked political action committees (PACs) affiliated with Fairshake reported spending $7.2 million across five U.S. congressional races, according to Federal Election Commission filings released this week.
Of that total, the Protect Progress PAC accounted for roughly $1.6 million, backing Democratic candidates Jasmine Clark in Georgia’s 13th District and Christian Menefee in Texas’s 18th ahead of upcoming primary and runoff contests. The group is also planning an additional $1.5 million in spending against Rep. Al Green.
Separately, Defend American Jobs reported $5.6 million in expenditures supporting candidates in Georgia, Nebraska, Alabama, and Kentucky. The largest share went to Kentucky Senate candidate Andy Barr, who received more than $3.5 million in media support.
