Crypto Wallet Maker Ledger Postpones U.S. IPO Amid Weak Market Sentiment

Crypto wallet company Ledger has paused its planned U.S. initial public offering, citing unfavorable market conditions. According to sources familiar with the situation, the company has also not yet filed a draft S-1 registration statement with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.

The decision comes after earlier preparations aimed at a potential public listing that was expected to value the firm at roughly $4 billion.

Previously, in January, Goldman Sachs, Barclays, and Jefferies were reported to have been engaged to support the offering. With the IPO now on hold, the company is also considering alternative funding options, including private fundraising.
