Kelp DAO Moves rsETH to Chainlink CCIP After $292M Bridge Exploit
Kelp DAO announced it will shift its rsETH restaking token to the Chainlink CCIP oracle system following a $292 million exploit in April, continuing to attribute the breach to LayerZero’s cross-chain infrastructure.
The attackers reportedly stole 116,500 rsETH from a LayerZero-powered bridge on April 18 and then used the assets as collateral on Aave v3 to borrow wrapped Ethereum.
