Michael Saylor: Ethereum Losing Investor Confidence as Rivals Gain Ground

At the Bitcoin Corporate Day event, Strategy founder Michael Saylor highlighted a sharp increase in Bitcoin’s share of the crypto market. He noted that, excluding stablecoins, Bitcoin dominance has grown from roughly 41% in 2021 to nearly 70% today.

Building on this trend, he described shifting conditions across the wider crypto sector, saying confidence in Ethereum has weakened as it continues to compete with networks such as Solana and BNB.

He added that as this competition intensifies, these assets have seen their monetary premium erode, making their long-term value increasingly dependent on practical utility.

In conclusion, Saylor said recent developments have further reinforced Bitcoin’s position as the leading digital monetary network, strengthening its role as digital capital and supporting the idea of digital credit as a viable framework.
