Peter Schiff, a longtime Bitcoin critic, criticized Strategy’s Bitcoin investment strategy in a post on X.
He claimed that despite being the largest corporate buyer of Bitcoin and accumulating the cryptocurrency for more than five years, the company has incurred an unrealized loss of approximately $12 billion.
Schiff also questioned the investment’s effectiveness, arguing that if Strategy executive chairman Michael Saylor cannot generate profits from Bitcoin, other investors may find it difficult to do so as well.
