Peter Schiff Challenges the “Cheap Bitcoin” Claim

Peter Schiff, a long-time critic of Bitcoin, said in a post on X that calling Bitcoin “cheap” can be misleading because the term is relative. He pointed out that Bitcoin has no earnings, yield, book value, or productive use, which are typically used as foundations for valuation.

Building on this, he argued that labeling Bitcoin as “cheap” largely reflects expectations that future buyers may pay higher prices, rather than being supported by any fundamental financial benchmark.
