Raydium has confirmed an exploit affecting its deprecated Legacy AMM V3 program, resulting in losses of approximately $1.34 million. The breach was caused by a flaw in LP mint validation that enabled an attacker to bypass proportion checks.
The protocol emphasized that the incident was confined to inactive Legacy AMM V3 liquidity pools, while its active mainnet programs, SDK, and decentralized application were not impacted and remain secure.
In response, Raydium stated that all affected users will be fully compensated and added that it has launched a comprehensive security review across its mainnet infrastructure to help prevent similar vulnerabilities in the future.
