SpaceX Confirms 18,712 Bitcoin Position in Regulatory Filing

SpaceX revealed in its S-1 filing that it held 18,712 Bitcoins as of March 31, 2026, with a total acquisition cost of roughly $661 million. This reflects an average purchase price of about $35,300 per Bitcoin.

At the end of the quarter, the Bitcoin holdings were valued at approximately $1.293 billion.
