Zcash (ZEC) Crashes 48% in 24 Hours as Liquidations Top $108M

Binance market data shows that Zcash (ZEC) has fallen sharply, dropping 48.4% over the past 24 hours to $272.79.

Meanwhile, CoinGlass derivatives data show that total liquidations over the same period reached $108 million, with $76.90 million from long positions and $31.11 million from short positions.

In a related development, BitMEX co-founder Arthur Hayes confirmed on X that he has fully exited his ZEC position following the Orchard Pool exploit.
